Wannonce roadmap
What each version of wannonce brought, from 2018 to today, and what comes next.
-
In progress Since 13 October 2026
Version 3.6 — Rounds 21 and 22, new pages and two new services
Since 13 October: the existing areas taken further, pages written to make each service known, and two new services being prepared, the WMaps directory and the WForum forums, closed until they are opened.
- Deals: paged lists, a page per town and category, merchant statistics over the period of their choice compared with the previous one.
- Chat: who reacted to a message is shown, a button leads to the first unread message; in France, a long page presenting the chat.
- Dating: a match only knows the profile's first name, never the account name; a block made from dating only applies in dating; eight pages per kind of encounter and a dating page for every French commune.
- Site: the About page rewritten for members, an editorial on the entrance page, service blocks on every home page, sign-in and sign-up pages that explain why an account is worth it, « classifieds » in the titles of listing pages.
- Towns: titles that name the three kinds of authors.
- WMaps (being prepared): shops and services of every town collected within a monthly budget, a directory by region, department, town and district with a map, a page for each place with phone, website and opening hours, members' reviews and photos, places claimed by their owners.
- WForum (being prepared): forums by theme and a forum for every place, threaded replies and votes, live debates that freeze into a topic when they end, moderation.

- Rate limits per IP address; photos on S3 storage and backups copied off the server.
- Monitoring: metrics, Sentry, health alerts; email bounces and complaints set aside.
- Playwright journeys, accessibility audit and budgets in CI; a k6 load scenario.
